Functional Expertise
 

The Work of World Health Care Infrastructure is conducted through teams that provide expertise to solve problems in a variety of critical health care issues. The leadership in each of these problem solving and capacity building teams is described below.

► Data Collection and Data Management: Mr. Paul Luong, MIS serves as the team leader for the Data Collection and Date Management Team. Mr. Luong is a graduate of Drexel University with a Master's degree in the field of Information Systems. He has been the Director of Planning and IS for WHCI for the past five years.
