Functional Expertise
 

The Work of World Health Care Infrastructure is conducted through teams that provide expertise to solve problems in a variety of critical health care issues. The leadership in each of these problem solving and capacity building teams is described below.

Social Services Delivery Systems: The Social Service Delivery Systems Team is led by Mr. Yoshiaki Yamasaki, MSEd. A native licensed psychologist of Mexico, Mr. Yamasaki's work experience includes 16 years of HIV/AIDS services, in service design, delivery and management. He served as the Director of AIDS Services for Congreso de Latinos Unidos, the largest Latino Organization in the North East USA, He has also served as the Health Planner for the City of Philadelphia, coordinating planning for the delivery of HIV prevention funding in Philadelphia. In addition to his work as a psychologist in Mexico he provides education and training around Cultural Diversity, Human Sexuality, and language competency. Mr. Yamasaki has received a United Nations Commendation for his work in the field of HIV/AIDS. Mr. Yamasaki is fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, Japanese) and has a Master's of Science Degree in Education (Human Sexuality) from the University of Pennsylvania. ► click here to contact Mr. Yoshiaki Yamasaki
